We are seeking an experienced Senior Flutter Developer to join our team and help us develop high-quality mobile applications for our clients. As a Senior Flutter Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our client's mobile applications using the Flutter framework.

YOUR BACKGROUND AND SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in mobile application development using Flutter framework.
• Strong knowledge of Dart programming language and the Flutter framework.
• Experience in developing and deploying applications to both iOS and Android platforms.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in leading and mentoring junior developers.

ADDITIONAL PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with other mobile development frameworks such as React Native, Xamarin, or Ionic.
• Knowledge of native mobile development for iOS and Android platforms.
• Experience with automated testing and continuous integration.
• Experience in developing and deploying applications to web platforms using Flutter.
• Experience with backend technologies such as Firebase, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Flutter framework.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Identify and fix bugs and performance issues in the applications.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to standards.
• Continuously learn and evaluate new technologies and tools to improve development efficiency and application performance.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
